The MicroNutrient Connection to Mental Health!
I am going to share something with you all that I haven’t told many people at all! Throughout much of my adult life, I have suffered with Extreme Anxiety.
Most people wouldn’t even know it looking at me, as I just push through it and do what I have to do each day. I recall times when I would wake each morning hoping that the fear wasn’t there. I would wake and feel my body and think If can get to the shower I will be ok and then If I can get dressed I will be ok and if I can keep busy I will be ok.
It became a daily ritual that held me prisoner in my own life. The fear would send my mind into overdrive with irrational fears and BS thoughts. Can you imagine not being able to make a decision out of pure fear? It wasn’t rational and it wasn’t normal to live this way. I now see Anxiety very differently and know the courage and bravery it takes to function each day as it plays out.
The simple solution to my problem was right under my nose and it made a huge difference to my world. What was most obvious to me now was my Nutrient status in relation to my condition.
I soon noticed a connection to specific nutrients and my ability to take command of my conscious mind.
The bottom line….I was nutrient deficient, specifically in minerals and enough water. It wasn’t long before I found it beneficial to consume plant derived minerals daily. I started with specific colloidal elements and then added a rich source of plant derived minerals “I call it Liquid Crystal Minerals”, which I swear by, not just for anxiety for anyone living in this modern world.
The human body need minerals daily! We no longer believe that you can get enough from your diet. It’s time to top up the tank with a little extra help each day! Also known as SALTS, minerals have been used by many great healers of the past and as do many in more recent times.
Floramin is now what I use daily to help support my body’s micronutrient requirements. It is a blend of 30 000 year old peat and a combination of oceanic sea minerals. I just pop it into water daily with my greens. I can tell you that I know when I haven’t been watching my diet and supplementing properly. Just one more tip: Anxiety is a form of stress, the result of increased stress is increased nutrient requirements. Stress not only requires more nutrients it also increases the excretion of valuable nutrients from the body. So don’t under estimate you nutritional needs, stress is everywhere, si it’s a great idea to top up the tank.
