Tools: Mortar & Pestle, Spiralizer
Ingredients: 1 Large Zucchini, 2-3 Average Size Chilli’s, 1 Limes Juice, Coriander, Sea Salt, 100gr of Tuna and Olive Oil
Method: Place Chilli’s into Mortar and Pestle and pulverise, add salt as desired and olive oil and mush together. Allow Oil to infuse for 10-15minutes then pour over tuna and allow to rest. Using a spiralizer, turn zucchini into spaghetti.
Place Zucchini and Tuna together, the adding the limes juice and coriander last. Mix through and serve. Enjoy!
