Auto Pilot Turned On and Operational

It’s only recently that I took my hand off the yolk and handed it over to the Auto Pilot. I made the decision that there is much more to this world than my 40 bit per second cognitive brain could compute. So, I handed it over to my Super Computer which is 500 000 times more powerful.

As soon as I realized that my cognitive brain only computes at 40 bits per second, while at the same time selectively filters data and then alters the results in line with my belief systems, I wanted a new way to take me to the next level.

By now you may be wondering what my secret neurological Auto Pilot weapon is about?

Before we go there let’s take a quick look at cognitive performance. The most obvious impact to our neurology is directly connected to our physical wellbeing. For example, sleep deprivation is the equivalent of having a blood alcohol level of 0.1 and nutritional deficiencies significantly affect the biochemical reactions reducing performance. Stress too plays its role in reducing optimal brain function. What if we threw all these factors together? Well now you’re starting to get how our cognitive abilities are under fire from an array of factors. So do you think your using all your 40 bits of data brain capacity? I hope you see It’s looking less likely!  Even if were at 100% there is another part of you that processes data at 200bits of data per second.

Our fragile cognitive brain processing also must contend with emotions, life experiences (or filters), our learnt behaviors and belief systems.  I will explore these concepts later. For now, we’ll focus on what I mean by auto pilot. I believe our truest human potential will result when we get out of our own way, allowing the Auto Pilot to guide us in all areas of life.

For me the Auto Pilot is a significant resource with what I consider to be the ultimate source of guidance and information for my life.

It’s like the switch I flick to turn on my super focused driven uber me. I go from 30mph to 200mph in an instant, information is flowing, the ideas just appear, money turns up, and other awesomeness just happens.  The key indicator that its “Turned On” is the effortless nature in which tasks ideas, concepts, money or even written articles land.

Imagine having access to this infinite resource 24/7! Ok this is the magic that I really want to cover; your ability to use all that is available to you in all areas of your life all the time.  If you’re ready to go beyond what you know into a place outside the existential, then stick with me.

I use the Auto Pilot in all areas of my life every day to guide my business, my brands, my choices and even who I date or work with. It’s an amazing tool of unlimited awareness and knowledge far beyond my brains 40bit ability.

Ok are you ready for the big reveal?

After having spent the better part of the last 10 years of stumbling around trying to make my businesses work, I started studying with different teachers from which I discovered the Auto Pilot.  When I started to use the Auto Pilot, I turned around my business and life in two and half years.

Stay with me especially if you’re challenged and muttering this is BS (you really need this). Because if you give up now the matrix is going to own you. And no one wants to be owned by the matrix.

Through my travels and studies I was developed several techniques/practices that I now use daily to guide, to teach me and that ultimately guide my Auto Pilot. I call it the Auto Pilot because I trust this 200bit per super computer implicitly. If you need to give it a name let’s call it your subconscious or I like to think of it as infinite consciousness. Subconscious doesn’t even give it justice it implies that it’s still part of you, but it is and it isn’t.  The Auto Pilot is simply Consciousness, that connects you to all knowledge all things and all people.

With training and awareness you can learn to access your infinite Auto Pilot to create more than you could have ever imagined. It’s called the Auto Pilot because if you listen to it will take you on a journey that will amaze and astound you.

Now I work with business owners and executives and share with then how to learn how to get themselves out of the way to “Play the Game” in way which their competitors are too fearful to even consider. Using Auto Pilot will take you beyond what you could have ever imagined.

Donny Won, So What?

After several long months of enjoying the Kool-Aid, it’s time to take another big sip, while quietly asking to be upsized, yet indulging in the all you can eat US Election Buffet.  You’re so caught up in the debate it’s all everyone is talking about Trump Clinton Trump Clinton Trump Clinton Blah Blah Blah Blah.

You’ve shared your opinions, your thoughts your emotions and your fears. You’ve examined the global implications, the financial implications and social implications.  But what’s really going on with all the talk and options, simply boils down to “How does this affect Me and My Family?”

The truth is the real story you’ve been distracted from. It’s the story between the story and is so massive that you like most have missed it, completely! There’s more to this story than the election of a US President. It’s not about racism, sexism, border control or religion.

It’s damn well about you!

I’m now gently going to place you in US Election rehab for moment. So that you can see what it is that I see, I want to share with you from my heart to help you release these emotional triggers. Firstly, know that you are loved, safe and cherished and that I’m not endorsing any candidate or political party but a perspective.

So Why Do You Care So Much That Donny Won!  

It’s because the US election has evoked an emotional response within you! This is your first the clue, for you and is about you. Our emotions are our great teachers that on cue will appear when there’s a trigger such as anger, hatred, fear, sadness, judgement ect.

It’s like being drafted into a fight you don’t need to fight amidst the propaganda machines of both sides trading blow for blow. In our illusory states we watch and observe in complete powerlessness at the thought of something so massive that we are convinced it will impact our lives.

Here’s why it has nothing to do with you AT ALL, even if you did live in the USA! I want to remind you that the illusion you have been drafted into and possibly bought into has simply distracted you from the powerful being that you are. In as far as you are not powerful and have no power to manifest your own reality.

You have been distracted by the story and bought into your own fears.

If you create what you think talk about the most and if SHIT turns up in your life, is it Donald Trump’s fault? Or is it how you manage your thoughts, beliefs and the language you use.

This is not a story of the fate of the world, it’s a story about You! Donald Trump is the manifestation and representation of your belief systems, filters and of your values. So do we keep drinking the Kool-Aid or come back to the real truth.

The Truth that You are a Powerful Creator especially when you don’t buy into the story, the gossip and judgement. You could apply this to any aspect of your life. You might consider how to release those beliefs and emotional triggers that no longer serve or allow you create the world you want to live in. You might even marvel at living in a world where you create from innocence and love and all your beliefs support what your heart wants to see in the world.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]

Justifying Your Relationships?

I have been a student of the world my entire life, looking at everything in wonder and amazement. I want to know why things work or don’t work. But Relationships would have to be my biggest Wonder of all. How do you take two people from two very different backgrounds, stick them together and make it work? Do you pray to “baby Jesus” and ask for divine intervention?

Rather than go there to today, I want to explore language. Yes, the language that connects you to your world and the person you’re with. I say this because, I feel many people are choosing relationships that are not a true choice but a series of justifications in which they try and build evidence to convince themselves that what they have is good. From my observations, many people choose relationships from fear of some kind than truly having what they want.

For my thinking a relationship should just be. Let me give you an example when you describe your partner. A stranger asks how your new love is? The key here is to listen to how you reply and the pauses if any? It’s that moment that you look for the “Aha”. If you mention a behavior trait and then find yourself trying to justify it, then it’s time to dig deeper.

You may even find yourself doing a check list or the positives and negatives.

  • He’s ok Looking
  • He’s Intelligent
  • We mostly eat the same food
  • He’s Spiritual
  • He Cooks for Me
  • He Lives at home with Mum and Dad

  • I have to Pay All the Time
  • He’s not Ambitious
  • He Play’s Computer Games
  • He watches Football
  • He’s not dealt with or doesn’t intend to deal with his emotional issues
  • He has no plan for the future or how to provide for a family.
  • He’s Got Weight Issues
  • He’s Not Good in Bed J
  • He’s lazy and messy
  • He Doesn’t Help with House Work
  • He’s not Motivated
  • He works weird hours and that affects how we spend time together
  • He’s always away for work















Doing a check list is a great thing to do, as it will help you quickly see where the values alignments are or aren’t. Love is not always “Everything”. You may find that your “Imagined” list doesn’t stack up to your physical list or what is reality. We may tend to highlight the shiny glossy parts of our relationships and not the nuts and bolts crap that really bothers us. If you look at your list are you getting an even percentage balance?

So what does this have to do with your relationship?

Here’s the punch line, none of it matters!

This why I asked you to listen to your language! Imagine being in a relationship where you can just be. Someone asks you “How’s Jeff” and you reply “Perfect”, and you don’t need to use the list, pause or over think it. There’s no need to think because it’s a Choice and it just is.

When it’s a decision you make a justification list to prove to yourself this is the thing to be in. You then tell enough people to further reinforce your choice and create an imaginary story of truths. Yet deep down there is a part of you that knows it’s not right for you. Rather that create what you want, a fear that permeates deep within you, allows you ignore your truth to go against you, deceiving your all-knowing highest self, your inner wisdom that’s screaming for you to hold true to your purpose and values.

When we truly connect to who we are, in our own self, in our own truth the power of choices lights the way rather than a justified list of gathered evidence. Your highest self will always guide you to your greatest lover, we just have to get the head out of the way to allow it.

My hope is that you create the deepest warming love whether you are in a relationship or not.

Change your life one mouthful at a time.

Many of us want to make positive changes in our lives but find it hard to get motivated to start.

When it comes to creating change we have to ignite the fire in the belly and ask our self: “Why do I want to create change in my life”? The reason must be powerful enough to inspire and motivate you, like seeking out a Dentist for a severe tooth ache or a Naturopath for help with psoriasis.

We are motivated by our experiences of dissatisfaction and pleasure to take action in our current situation. It is our experiences that shape our answer to this question- “I want to create change because I feel like crap and I don’t like!” Our experiences can therefore shape our current behaviours, and whether our experiences are positive or negative may motivate us to change our behaviours or stay the same.

Driven by the dissatisfaction or disharmony of our experiences, we may decide to take action and change our behaviours to bring about fulfillment, harmony and balance into our lives. With some training and awareness you may start to realize that life is a journey of self-mastery.

So what has to do with food? Everything!

In some cases food can be a short term pleasure with long term imbalance, such as obesity, diabetes and addiction to caffeinated beverages.

Our love of food represents much more than mere sustenance and our food choices are guided by more than just hunger. It’s about our connection to family/friends, religion and cultural experiences. Food is intertwined into many aspects of our lives, celebrations, holidays, birth and in death. Ultimately, if you’re unhappy with the food choices you’re making then it’s time to consider these social and environmental aspects when answering the question “why do I want to create change in my life”?

Our overwhelming desire for foods that are experiential has led to the emergence of state of “foodtopia” seen as abundance, indulgence and excess. Food Food Food and more Food!

Our “foodtopian” society has resulted in an explosion of choice and availability, which is both a blessing and curse. Food is revered for its ability to heal on one hand and a catalyst for disease on the other.

What if food was impacting your state of being? Without any utterance of the “D” word (diet), food can serve to impede change/motivation. I have observed this phenomena in my own life with particular foods. I found that by removing foods such as wheat, yeast, sugar, dairy I started to think differently. I was working with a Chilean Nutritionist about 10 years ago who noticed I became depressed and experienced mood swings when eating wheat. WOW! This was news to me, no one talked about this at college.

So what if you are trying to create change in your life but the food you’re eating is betraying your body and causing an imbalance in your brain chemistry affecting your moods and emotions. Holy Cow Batman this could revolutionize your state of wellbeing. I am waiting for the personal development industry to jump all over this topic. I have a saying that I use in our practice, dirty fuel on the gut = dirty fuel in the brain! As coach and a Naturopath/Nutritionist I have transformed my entire life through eliminating a few foods from my life. When I don’t do it, I soon know about it pretty quickly. So, “why do I want to create change in my life?” so that I continue to improve my moods, emotions and state of being! And it’s a circle- With improved state of being I can continue to make positive changes in my life with more ease.

The Power of Thought, Words and Intent

I have been a fan of Dr Masura Emoto’s work for many years and this video is a great example as to the power or words and intent.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row css=”.vc_custom_1470009521793{margin-top: 35px !important;margin-bottom: 35px !important;}”][vc_column][vc_video link=””][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]It’s quite amazing to see how powerful words were to affect the outcomes of this experiment in something as simple as water and rice. Now imagine the human body with a water content of around 65% and how words might affect the state of health of the body, the organs, the tissues and the cells. It suggests how crucial it is to choose your words and decide how you might impact someone’s day or that of your spouse and children.

Thought Leadership!

Let’s take this concept to the next level to an area that I feel is even more significant, “Thought” To me the human body is like a massive transmitter/receiver of information, thoughts emotions and feelings. I believe It is so powerful that it can affect life itself, you the organism.

What if your own self talk and subconscious are working against your wellbeing? How do you your own thoughts impact your health? Over a life time this could be momentous. Have you ever monitored your thoughts and do they really support you and your well-being. If words and thoughts are so powerful “Thought Management” needs to become an important part of daily life. You may never be in control but you are in command. You have choice to allow each thought go rogue or decisively take command.

How Do You Think About Others?

As I mentioned, I like to think of the human body as a transmitter/receiver because our thoughts can be felt by others, our family and we can feel and receive, perceive and feel theirs as well. Here is an example, you walk into a room with a couple and you can tell that they have been fighting, or when you are in the traffic and you can tell someone is looking at you.

We are Just like a massive satellite dish or TV network both transmitting and recieving. We are surrounded by 24/7 transmissions from People’s thoughts and emotions in our communities, at our work places and in our homes continually. We have the choice to release how we feel about others or hold them trapped in a limited identity (bad thoughts).

It means letting go of the negative judgments and energies within us. This is not just for others but for your health as well. Imagine turning up to work and not being attached to the “Jerk” and repositioning your thinking from your heart why is he that way, does he have the skills to process his emotions, does he have the right nutrients to support social interactions.

The bottom line is that you will have more energy for you and your family, which is not wasted on carrying around a bunch of ill feelings and emotions. Watch people change when you let go and don’t give off or receive negative thoughts, words or emotions. You may need to practice or learn some strategies but it makes life so much more lighter.

Changing Communities One Thought at a Time!

This whole article is about the power of words, and we transmit and recieve constantly and often unknowingly. It’s about taking responsibility for your thoughts, words and emotions at a personal “Self” level which in turn that ripples out through communities. Our hope is that through awareness and thought leadership you might be the catalyst for change in your community. The first step begins with self and self awareness. As John Lennon sings “Imagine all the people living in peace”.
